At the heart of our company is a dedicated team committed to bringing your vision to life with care, craftsmanship, and clear communication. Leading the way is Tiziano Straccia, our founder and principal. As the face of the company, Tiziano guides each project from a strategic vantage point—balancing design vision, client relationships, and overall company direction. With a sharp eye for detail and decades of experience, he also serves as our lead estimator, ensuring each project is thoughtfully planned and accurately budgeted from the start. Day to day, Millie Sierra, our Office Manager, keeps operations running smoothly—handling bookkeeping, administrative duties, and managing our project software to keep everyone aligned. Michael Taormina serves as Project Manager and onsite Supervisor, overseeing the daily logistics of construction and ensuring that every detail meets our standards. Our skilled full-time carpenters bring strength and precision to the build, taking on much of the hands-on work with pride. We also collaborate with a trusted network of subcontractors—specialists we've worked with on numerous successful projects—to provide expert craftsmanship across all trades. Together, we strive to create not just beautiful spaces, but a seamless and collaborative building experience.
