Ground-up construction of a modern high-performance ADU in San Francisco's St. Francis Wood neighborhood. Built into a challenging hillside site, the project required deep steel piles, extensive excavation and shoring, structural steel, advanced waterproofing and drainage, and intricate wood framing. The finished residence features hydronic in-floor heating, walkable skylights, custom cabinetry, premium stone surfaces, engineered hardwood flooring, and finely detailed contemporary finishes throughout.
